Minnesota regulatory authorities say AmeriDebt injured State consumer fraud
The Minnesota Attorney General’s Office filed a complaint Wednesday against AmeriDebt recharge of Maryland, companies set the offences of fraud against the state consumer laws and laws on debt advice.
The Federal Trade Commission filed a separate appeal against AmeriDebt in Federal District Court Wednesday. The Federal Centre has been developed in close collaboration with investigators from the State.
