Legislators are working to help people keep their homes
Long touted as the American dream of home ownership rate is at the highest level ever recorded. But with rising interest rates and the growing number of houses in foreclosure, have a house can some people’s worst nightmare.Buying a flat can be a confusing and complicated transaction - and cost a lot of money.
